A completed request for =Elle-paya, she wanted me to draw her fursona as an otter :)

I looked at a few reference pictures to familiarize myself with otter anatomy, cant remember which ones though :P

I just went back in your gallery and I found this and I'm just like "OH MAH GOD THIS IS TOO CUTE" And it was SUCH a long time ago!! :D Funny how quickly things change in a few years, eh?
